A Successful Modernization Project
Our team first conducted a comprehensive audit of the existing environment to understand Larue’s needs. During the development of the migration plan, we opted for a cutover migration to minimize interruptions and ensure a smooth transition. To address the company’s challenges, two deployment phases were prioritized:
Migrating on-premises servers to Microsoft 365’s collaborative services.
Deploying Microsoft Teams and integrating collaborative tools such as OneDrive and SharePoint.

This initiative helped identify and correct various inconsistencies between different versions.
